My New Year was alright. There was much partying with a younger group of friends that I know from work Jenny & the girls. After a fashion though had to cut loose on my own. Did a little bar-hopping and turns out I was glad I did. I missed a bar fight complete with police -- YIKES. I'm definitely too old for that crap. Met up with some older friends of the family at the last place I went & hung out with them till the witching hour. It was fun I guess, something to do anyway spent the day hanging out with my daughter & my niece and it's back to work tomorrow. No comments

What good is your riding when you can't even eat healthy? That's a question I'd ask myself many times when I used to have lactose intolerance. We all ride to stay fit, but for all that riding, you also need to eat well. For me, I could ride my bike for miles and miles because that's what I loved to do. However, when it came down to balancing my diet and eating healthy, I was severely limited in options due to my lactose intolerance. If anyone can relate to this even a little, please read on. So... As We wrap up winter we near spring! We have all been pationtly awaiting the cold to leave. Get out you gloves and leathers and charge those batteries and get er done! Time to blow off the dust and open up those carbs/ injectors and air up those tires. Bike runs and events are starting in march thruout central Illinois. Bike shows are scheduling and prizes are being given away! Always me open minded and most importantly me safe.!!!!! Bike week starts up this week on the 27th. I am so excited. I love this event as well as Biketoberfest. I was doing some research and came across some websites that some of you may want to check out for event inquires or even hotels. WWW.Officialbikeweek.com, bikerbeach.com, & biketoberfest.org. I actually live in the Daytona Beach area. It is beautiful here! You can drive on our beach and there is great riding routes too around the area. If you have any questions I will be glad to help.
