Lactose Intolerance? No More!
What good is your riding when you can’t even eat healthy? That’s a question I’d ask myself many times when I used to have lactose intolerance. We all ride to stay fit, but for all that riding, you also need to eat well. For me, I could ride my bike for miles and miles because that’s what I loved to do. However, when it came down to balancing my diet and eating healthy, I was severely limited in options due to my lactose intolerance. If anyone can relate to this even a little, please read on.
So I’m on my search to treat my lactose intolerance, when Steve, a friend of mine, mentions this product called Lactagen. Now I had heard of Lactaid, but never Lactagen, so I went online to do some research. I come across the website, www.ritternutrition.com, which breaks down what Lactagen is and does, prices, and numerous testimonials. After talking with a nice lady on the Ritters customer service phone, I decided to try it out.
Simply put, it worked! After about 2 months, I began to eat all the dairy products I couldn’t have had before. On top of that, my riding sessions seemed more fulfilling. Now I knew I could ride my daily route on my bike and come home and prepare any type of dish I wanted. No worries about dairy products at all! It’s now been half a year and I’m going as stong as ever, and the memories of the battles I had with dairy are long gone. So if anyone here suffers from lactose intolerance like I once did, talk to me about it. I’ll tell you about my experiences using Lactagen or really anything about the lactose intolerance. Other than that, I’ll see you later as I’m about to head out toward the city on my bike!
